  This is actually my second visit to this place and my first review.   Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the cashier.  I was studying the menu when asked if I had eaten there before.  I was given some gentle suggestions, and ultimately settled on a taco combo.  I was asked a few other questions to tailor my order, given my drink cup, and about 3 minutes later received my food w/a smile.  
  
  Both tacos were filled with well-seasoned meat, lettuce, and enough cheese to make it all work well.  I received a small tortilla bowl with re-fried beans and cheese - tasty.  Last, I was given a generous amount of chips and not so generous amount of salsa for dipping.  Next time I know to ask for an extra container of salsa.  Everything however was hot, fresh, and crispy (tortilla and lettuce).   Food was well seasoned and I was full at the end of the meal.  Aside from the small amount of salsa (which also was very flavorsome), I have no complaints.  
  
  I like how this did not taste like taco bell.  Everything, regardless of what you order from TB, all taste about the same.  Here, all the food held up on it's own and had distinct flavors.  The staff was friendly.  Wait times were non-existent.  The place was clean, well lit, and welcoming.  I will return.  
  
  As an aside - I almost got lured into the 6 pack of tacos for $4.99, which was an excellent deal.  My combo however with the two tacos, bean bowl, chips and salsa, AND drink, was the same price.  I love tacos, and these are pretty good. I might have to glutton that 6 pack up next time.  We will see.  There will be a next time however w/o question.

  Ordered their #1 Meal, special order.
  Service was great, restaurant is clean, fast, fries were fresh, and sandwich was hot. Only reason they've got 3/5 from me is the sandwich. As said, it was hot, tasted fine, special order was correct. But the bun was half gone, I would assume from the bun toaster. Obviously it's not a huge deal, just makes the presentation of the food look bad. I took a couple of bites before I took the photo.
  Would definitely go back.

  Ok So my family really enjoys Hardee's..but recently they have a policy that if you have 2 coupons..you have to make
  2 separate orders..so 2 separate payments..I find this annoying..but hey..I am darn near 70 years old so I can be grouchy..actually I have a good sense of humor..so tonite i went in to order for my grandson and husband.. I wasn't real hungry and frankly didn't want to make 3 purchases. So I first have her the coupon for the regular roast beef for $2.49 for my grandson..and the sweet girl at the register said, " do you want one or 2" I told her I didn't know I could get two and so I thought ok I will eat a roast beef. .so I paid for order one.. 2 roast beef sandwiches.
  . Then I have here a coupon for my husband's sandwich which was a Frisco burger..and again she asked if I wanted 1 or 2..and I said " oh actually I would rather have the burger than the 2nd roast beef" she said I am sure we can do that..so she called for the manager..after she explained it to the "manager" the manager said.. " Oh..we can't do that! " I kinda laughed..and she said" if you want us to do that you will have to wait till our district manager comes in" I looked at her and said.. "Well I will just lay down here in the corner and starve while I wait on him"beef
  The sweet girl at the register kinda laughed..and the manager said "THAT IS NOT FUNNY"
  I am the former director of the town's Chamber of Commerce.      ( 21 years in that position) we pride ourselves on promoting customer service..the young lady at the register was great...the manager....THAT WAS NOT FUNNY..

  Was en route to catch the ferry to Kelleys Island and needed a 5 minute food stop in Bucyrus. McDonalds looked slammed so we ended up inside at Hardee's for take out.
  
  The front cashier girl was friendly but very unsure of working the register. When an item was keyed wrong, she couldn't fix it. Another guy didn't know how to resolve the issue either, and the manager was nowhere to be found.  
  
  Since I was worried the food delivery would be equally blundered, we walked out and hit the Arby's drive thru quickly which was my only requirement that night.

  We get a lot of lake traffic in our town,, Ive had friends from out of the area love seeing a Hardees when they arrive in town.. The burgers have a better taste than most fast foods joints.. Now this location has joined up with another restaurant to offer some nacho/burrito items.. Ive only tried the nacho platter, had more of a chili style topping.. but was good.. different.. the burgers are huge .. good selection outside the norm we see in other towns.. this is a new building too, its décor is red (school colors for our city district) and looks like a modern diner style.. Yum
